Welcome to StreamBay. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 14 years old to use StreamBay. By creating an account you confirm your age.

2. Account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Listening Passes. Access to streaming is granted through time-based passes. Time is logged against your account ID and each transaction is assigned a unique identifier that serves as your receipt.

4. User Content. Tracks and cover art uploaded to the platform remain owned by the uploader, who grants StreamBay a non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and stream the content within the platform.

5. Curation. Uploads are subject to a review process before being published. We may approve, reject, or remove content at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct. Do not upload content you do not have rights to distribute. Do not attempt to circumvent listening-time controls. Do not use the platform to harass, defraud, or distribute malware.

7. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamBay's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for listening time in the preceding 30 days.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
